Dear Alice

Thank you for coming to my wedding and playing for the guests, it made the day soooo special. I'm really struggling though, can I ask you something?

How do you keep going? The mansion is a tip and all the furniture is rotten, Paolo is talking about starting a family, the internship I've taken keeps wanting me to do extra work at home, my paintings are selling well and I have some commission pieces I need to do, and I just want to run away!

No lectures on how that never helps please, my head is well aware that running is a stupid idea, especially as I chose this, but my emotions are saying otherwise. How do you stay calm Alice? Is there a trick I'm missing?
